Description

This drawing very close to my heart.
Because I always had an affinity toward emotional connection espacially by the romantic sense.
give my heart to a special person is my greatest wish.
I’m affraid that my wish would never come true.

The creation presents a contemporary interpretation of the biblical story of temptation in the Garden of Eden.

At the center of the painting, a couple is seen in bed – a modern version of Adam and Eve.
Adam, his face empty, expresses a longing for true connection, trapped in the duality of a desire for genuine intimacy versus an attraction to fleeting satisfaction.

Beside him, Eve is faced with modern temptation – the serpent calls to her through the ringing phone.
Her choice to answer or reject the call will determine their fate.
Next to the phone, bearing the serpent’s symbol, stands the fruit of knowledge.

The scene echoes the story of the Garden of Eden, but this time temptation and sin take on new meaning – Eve stands on the brink of a decision between the allure of modern emptiness and the search for true connection and human warmth.
Meanwhile, Adam is torn between his deep desire for true love and the lure of the fleeting moment.

The raven in the corner watches the drama, symbolizing the ability to break free from the bonds of temptation or from the chains of responsibility and meaning.

Much like the raven from the story of Noah’s Ark, which, unlike the dove, did not return to Noah but chose its path to freedom and the unknown.

Adam’s expression reveals an inner turmoil – what he truly seeks is a deep and meaningful connection,
yet he is simultaneously drawn to momentary excitement, to fleeting touch that will only deepen the emptiness.
This is a creation about the tragic gap between the soul and the temptations of the body.

About profound loneliness that exists even in moments of physical closeness, and about the eternal search for meaning in a superficial world.

It exposes the internal struggle of the modern individual – the yearning for true love versus immediate gratification.
